About Jimmy Heathwood
Jimmy began his music career as lead singer and writer of rock Band Hiaground in which he played internationally and shared stages with Australian legends such as Pete Murray, Art Vs Science and Birds of Tokyo. The last few years, Jimmy's new project Bronte Public House has become his main avenue of releasing music and finding success in the music game. BPH recently joined the MGM artist roster and are excited to be releasing music alongside Australian and international stars such as Lime Cordiale, Sticky Fingers and John Butler. Jimmy works as a solo musician to fund his creative pursuits and is a highly experienced performer. When performing as a soloist, James uses his charisma, voice, guitar and loop pedal to bring an engaging and tasteful selection of music to the audience. Jimmy knows a lot of classics that can have a whole venue full of people singing at the top of their voice, and he also can throw in original music or interesting covers that one may not expect. The wide repertoire of music he has to choose from makes his performances dynamic, fun and adaptable to different environments.
